stock, unmolested E30 for me, please!
This is a cool car, but there are a few things the M3 does better:

1) The E30 can be used as a comfortable, reliable daily driver
2) It was engineered by a group of Germans, who knew exactly what to make.
3) Value of the E30 is probably better, both sentimentally and monetarily.

Also, I wouldn't trust myself with a 650hp car just yet...
I'm still getting used to a 170hp jetta!

It would be a nice trackday car, pretty useless on the street. And there are any number of great trackday cars out there for $30k.

Personally I really like this one over a real e30 m3. I would much rather build one myself because that's most of the the fun and it would feel wrong modding out the sacred m3.
